This is one of those movies where you keep thinking, “There is no way this should work,” and then it keeps working anyway. It’s bizarre, philosophical, funny, creepy, and strangely human. Beneath the surreal premise is a sharp meditation on identity, desire, control, and the humiliations of wanting to be someone else—anyone else.
Existential discomfort, late-night viewing, wine that makes you reflective, and the nagging thought that you might not actually want to be inside anyone else’s head.
