synopsis

After a serial killer brutally murders his fiancée, a secret agent begins hunting the man responsible. Instead of simply arresting him, the agent chooses a far more disturbing path—capturing and releasing the killer repeatedly in order to torment him. As the cat-and-mouse game escalates, both men are pulled deeper into a cycle of violence and revenge.
