mini-review
Slick, kinetic, and conceptually strong. The film blends action spectacle with ethical tension about determinism and state power. Some plot mechanics wobble under scrutiny, but the world-building is so immersive you forgive it. The pre-crime concept still feels disturbingly plausible.
