synopsis
After a catastrophic attack on the secret organization NERV, teenage pilot Shinji Ikari finds himself at the center of a final struggle between rival factions seeking control of the Evangelion units. As the conflict escalates into a violent siege, Shinji and the other pilots confront both literal enemies and their own fractured psyches. What follows is not merely a battle for survival but a surreal descent into the nature of identity, loneliness, and the human desire for connection.
