mini-review

Based on a shocking true story, The Clan is a chilling portrait of evil hiding in plain sight. The film’s matter-of-fact tone makes the crimes even more unsettling, reminding viewers that monstrous acts sometimes occur behind the most ordinary suburban doors.

A tense late-night viewing when you’re in the mood for a true-crime story that feels stranger than fiction.
